BMFA Board Opportunity, Registrar

Good Evening BMFA Members,
The BMFA currently has an open Board position of Registrar and we are looking to our Members for applications to fill this volunteer position.

Please note that prior experience with Registration is not required and training for this position will be provided.
The Registrar is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supervising the planning and execution of all Flag, House League Tackle, and Representative football teams in the BMFA and holds a voting position on our Board of Directors.
Registrar will also:
  • Choose registration open/close dates by coordinating with League Directors
  • Input all registration data in our database in a timely manner
  • Approve, monitor, and follow up with any fee payment plan accommodations
  • Respond to parent inquiries
  • Maintain and distribute a current and complete database for the entire BMFA membership including Flag, House League, and Representative teams
  • Attend monthly Board of Directors meetings
