Thank you for your interest in the BMFA Fall Tackle Football program.
The Fall Tackle Program is dedicated to both grassroots and representative tackle football. Our goal is to develop basic skills and understanding of the game for new players and to enhance the skills of returning players. For over 50 years our focus has been building camaraderie, sportsmanship and a love of the game through competition.

As a member of the Ontario Football League (OFL), the BMFA Burlington Stampeders will compete in both Tier 1 (REP) and Tier 3 (HL), in the Atom, PeeWee and Bantam Divisions (Ages 8-13). Tier 3 assigned teams, will travel to centres conveniently located near Burlington, while Tier 1 Assigned Players and Teams will have the opportunity to travel and compete at a higher level throughout Ontario.

Fall rep (Tier 1) Stampeder teams are fielded at the Atom, PeeWee and Bantam levels. There are separate tryouts for the rep Stampeders. In addition to the House League registration fee which must be paid prior to the start of tryouts, players who are offered and accept a position on a Fall rep Stampeders team will also be responsible for a Rep Levy of $375. The Rep Levy is payable after tryouts are completed and the team rosters are set. Those players who are not named to a Fall rep team will be placed on the roster of a Tier 3 team.

Official equipment pick-up and practices will take place in July. Regular practices will begin around the 1st week of August, and the regular season begins the last Saturday in August and culminates with playoffs played in the first week of November.

As a bonus for the 2018 season, we will be holding 3 training and evaluation days for all registered fall players on June 10, 17 and 24th. This is an early training camp to build skills, have fun and get evaluated by our incredible coaching staff.
